Geneva manages branding, creative direction, communications strategy, public & media relations, and digital communications channels for CTS. A former creative director in the private sector, she has a background in graphic design and photography and worked with companies and organizations of all sizes across a range of industries to provide creative support before coming to UCLA. Before joining the team at CTS, Geneva volunteered as a youth mentor and workshop facilitator, where she became passionate about empowering marginalized young people to use education and creativity to transform their lives and communities. She has mentored and led creative workshops for: trauma survivors in teen and adult transitional homes in Los Angeles, former child brides in Bangladesh, Syrian refugee youth in Beirut, Lebanon, and sex trafficking survivors in Mexico City. Geneva holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a Photography certificate from the Los Angeles Center of Photography.
