Freedom Dreaming for Black Student Success is a three-day professional learning experience for district, site, and equity-focused educator teams, focused on closing opportunity gaps and supporting Black student success. The event is open to all Equity Multiplier Schools and Local Education Agencies.

Attendees will:

  • Explore the Supporting the African American Learner (STAAL) Research Framework
  • Hear from expert practitioner panels on closing opportunity gaps
  • Connect with nonprofits and community agencies expanding school-based support
  • Take dedicated time for team planning and action

CTS is a research partner on the GENIUS Initiative. This event is hosted and organized by LACOE.
